Sexual abuse representation
Civil law gives survivors a path the criminal system does not control: a claim that you direct, on your timeline, against both the abuser and the institutions that enabled them.

How we represent survivors
A civil case is about accountability and resources for recovery, and it belongs to you, not a prosecutor. Many states have extended or revived their statutes of limitations for childhood sexual abuse, which means harm from decades ago may still support a claim today. Where courts allow it, we file anonymously to protect your identity.
You will never be pushed. We move at your pace, explain every step before it happens, and you decide whether to proceed at each one.
Cases we handle
- Claims against abusers and enabling institutions
- Childhood sexual abuse, including decades-old harm
- Adult survivor claims
- Anonymous (Jane/John Doe) filings where available
