What we collect

When you submit our case review form we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, the page you submitted from, and your description of what happened. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Form submissions are used for one purpose: evaluating and responding to your request for a case review. Submissions are delivered to the firm by email through a third-party email delivery service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard technical request data when the page loads.

Confidentiality

Information you send before an attorney–client relationship is established is handled with care, but please do not include sensitive details beyond what the form asks for until the firm has confirmed representation in writing.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions as long as needed to evaluate and, where applicable, handle your matter, and as professional responsibility rules require. You may contact us at any time to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of a submission that did not lead to representation.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
